Tsukishiro Hika (月城日花, born March 17, 2004), previously known as Kugisaki Hika (釘崎日花), is a Japanese voice and live-action actress. She voices Hisui in Suikoden STAR LEAP and is the co-host of Suikoden Live alongside Mori Icchou.
She is a member of the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society which she joined in 2021. After performing several minor roles in her first few years in the industry, she would get her break voicing Chika Suzugamori in Zatsu Tabi: That's Journey.
In 2025 she was revealed as the voice of Hisui in Suikoden STAR LEAP.
