Scalehorde (スケイルホード, Sukeiruhōdo) are a race in the Suikoden series. They only appear in Genso Suikoden Tsumugareshi Hyakunen no Toki.
Overview
Scalehorde are a demi-human race that are noted for being especially susceptible to extreme cold. They are also an artificial race, created when the world was nearly destroyed by the original attack of the Teras Pharma. Designed for battle, they are able to instinctively notice signs of the Teras Pharma.
As the scales of the Scalehorde are generally tougher than that of average armour, most Scalehorde do not need to wear any armour at all.
