Ordovic (ルバイス, Orudovuīku) is a supporting character in Suikoden Tierkreis. Ordovic is considered by some to be the legendary First Ancestor of the Auster Folk, though he rejects this claim.
Biography
Ordovic was an ancient warrior who was revered as the First Ancestor of the Auster Folk. However, that is a claim that Ordovic himself rejects.
He once fought against the One King and even after the defeat and demise of his world, he was able to advise and guide the Auster Folk with his voice alone. The Ancestor's Judgement became a rite in Lugneik where Ordovic's could be sought.
However, when the Order of the One True Way took the Chronicle of Noble Steel, Ordovic fell silent, unable to communicate. The Company would eventually travel to Lugenik having reclaimed the Chronicle, reviving Ordovic in both body and spirit.
After admonishing the Auster Folk for allying with the Order instead of fight them, Ordovic would ally himself with the Company in order to fight the One King once again. He would continue to try and guide the Auster Folk there at Company headquarters, to varying degrees of success, as the people there grappled with his rejected divinity.
Following the final defeat of the One King, Ordovic suddenly disappeared. It was said that no one has seen him since then but that a voice could sometimes be heard at Lugenik's Ancestral Altar.
