Information
The Hate Rune is a unique rune and is permanently equipped to Ronnie Bell. The Hate Rune gave Ronnie Bell the ability to attack with shockwaves from a distance.
Ronnie Bell seemed to try and refrain from using the rune as she found it unladylike but when confronted in combat, she made full use of its power. The rune ensured Ronnie Bell had no blind spots, being able to attack both at long and short distances.

- It's not just lore, Ronnie Bell can use the Hate Rune at any distance, and as it doesn't Unbalance the user, it allows Ronnie Bell to attack every turn no matter where she's placed in a formation.
