The Floating Fortress of Torgia (トルギアの浮城, Torugia no Ukishiro) is a location in Genso Suikoden Tsumugareshi Hyakunen no Toki.

The Floating Fortress is a huge fortress capable of travelling the seas, located in the eastern part of Holy Empire of Ionia, downstream from the Great Bridge. It was built by using technology from the old world, its central core a relic from the age of ancient civilizations.

It can navigate on water with magical power. The ornamentation found throughout are the same as in the Yggdrasilian Palace, and green paint is used in many places as is typical of the Holy Imperial Army.

It is unknown in what era the fortress was originally constructed but it is presumed it was originally built to combat the Teras Pharma.
