Chamjin (チャムジン, Chamujin) is a supporting character in Genso Suikoden Tsumugareshi Hyakunen no Toki. She is an apothecary who struggles to connect with her father and his diverging passion.

History

Chamjin was a potion maker who provided support as a medic at Dios Fortress during the war against the Teras Pharma in HIY 200. She was the daughter of Suomjin and, as such, a descendant of the Jin family. She held great pride in being a descendant of the legendary Siu Jin.

She normally got along with her father, but began to dislike him once he became obsessed with the use of poisons as applied to weapons. Nonetheless, she would help the hero requisition his services before agreeing to aid the corps herself. Although often rash and outspoken, Chamjin was also kind and held a lot of pride in her apothecary skills. She was besotted with her family history, especially the "goddess-like" apothecary Siu Jin.

Following the final battle, she would reconcile with her father, begrudgingly admitting his work had significance. She would work on researching poisonous substances found in the outside world, but she would always insist that it was for the purposes of preparing antidotes and not to aid her father's work.
