Bolgan (ボルガン, Borugan) is a character in Suikoden II who also appears in Genso Suikogaiden Volume 2. Bolgan is a circus performer who journeys with Rina and Eilie.
Biography

Bolgan is a young man who performs a circus act as a fire-breather. Previously, Bolgan was in another circus, where he learned how to use a Fire Breath Rune[2]. However, Bolgan ran away from the circus and began travelling with Rina and Eilie[3].
The trio's travels eventually took them to Ryube in the City-States of Jowston, where they met Riou. After briefly travelling together, Bolgan and his sisters joined the New State Army after reuniting with Riou in Coronet. Bolgan became part of Riou's Royal Guard[4] and even wished that Riou would become part of the circus troupe[5]. Bolgan also discovered an interest in learning and studied frequently at the library[6][7][8].
Following the end of the Dunan Unification War, Bolgan returned to travelling with the circus troupe, as well as continuing to study[9].
