Oulan (オウラン, Ouran) is a character in Suikoden II who also appears in Genso Suikogaiden Volume 2. She is a powerful bodyguard hailing from the Holy Kingdom of Harmonia.

Oulan is a bodyguard who rescued Riou in Kuskus after he and his all-female party were attacked by a group of lecherous ruffians. Following the rescue, she was appreciative of Riou's attempt to protect his party and so was receptive to his offer of joining the New State Army.
She served as part of the New State Army's royal guard during the Dunan Unification War. Her popularity was enough that she had amassed a fan club of dedicated followers, all of whom are female[2]. Her measurements, in centimetres, according to a note found by Richmond is "96 60 89"[3].
Following the war, Oulan decided to stay in the new Dunan Republic, serving as captain of the bodyguards there[4].
Trivia
- Although her measurement is given as "96-60-89" (38-24-35 in inches) in the original Japanese version, the American localisation gives it as 90-60-89, cutting six centimetres from her bust[5]. Was a 96cm (c. 38") bust too scandalous?
