The Black Wild Boar (くろいのしし, Kuro Inoshishi) is an enemy which appears in Suikoden and Suikoden II.
Information
This variation on the Wild Boar had been witnessed around Mt. Seifu. These breed of boar is assumed to be the same species as the Wild Boar.
Trivia
- It can be difficult to distinguish between the Black Wild Boar and the Wild Boar due to their similar appearance and the short length of time between the introduction of one, then the other. They are practically identical, except for the Wild Boar having slightly lower LUCK and dropping an Earth Rune.
- The Black Wild Boar is not black, although its later palate swap, the Death Boar is.
