The Beast Rune (獣魔の紋章, Kemono Ma no Monshō, Demon Beast Rune) is a rune available in Suikoden V.

Ernst bears this unique rune, whose curse transforms the bearer into the form of leopard. During the full moon, the rune's curse is weakened and the person reverts to human form, though it is possible for the rune bearer to suppress the curse in very short bursts, allow the bearer access to the rune's powerful magic spells.
