The War Scroll (戦国絵巻, Sengoku Emaki, Warring States Picture Scroll) is an item in the first Suikoden. The War Scroll is a quest item needed to recruit Hugo at Qlon Temple.
Suikoden
Hugo, who worked as an librarian and archiver at Qlon Temple in Lorimar, somehow managed to lose the War Scroll, much to his embarrassment. The item was eventually found inside the Cave of the Past and returned to Hugo. A grateful Hugo decided to join the Toran Liberation Army in return.
