The Coutan people (クタン人, Kutan-jin) are a race of humans in Genso Suikoden Tsumugareshi Hyakunen no Toki.
Information
The Coutan people were a race of exceeding youthful-looking people who originally lived far from the territories of the Holy Empire of Ionia.
As the Coutan Republic was located outside the Ionian barrier, it would end up destroyed by the attacks of the Teras Pharma many centuries ago.
