The RaggedOne (びんぼうがみ, Binbōgami, God of Poverty) is an enemy which appears in Suikoden II.
Information
This strange creature has taken on the appearance of a dishevelled old man, cloaked with an ominous aura. During the Dunan Unification War, these monsters infested Greenhill Principality. It has a dangerous Poison attack but, if defeated, can drop the extremely rare Turtle Plans #2.
