Edgar (エドガー, Edogā) is a supporting character from Suikoden Tactics. Edgar is the leader of the pirates gathered at the Nest of Pirates and Kika's lover.

Information

Edgar was the leader of the group of pirates he had gathered at the Nest of Pirates, earning the title "Pirate King". He was also the lover of Kika as well as a close personal friend of Brandeau. He was a friendly fellow with a strong sense of justice, fueled by a desire to help the weak. These traits would help inspire respect and loyalty from his subordinates.

Raiding the territories of the Island Nations region, Edgar would become a particularly infamous pirate leader but when he clashed with the pirate Steele, he would be killed by the power of the Steele's Rune of Punishment after Steele's defeat.

Brandeau, who survived the battle and inherited the rune, would return Edgar's body to Kika. She would then wear one of his cervical bones as a necklace from that point on.
