Biography
Kow-Low was a young Scribe who was a close friend of Liu-Shen when they were younger. Like Liu-Shen, he believed that the Scribes needed to interact with the outside world but due to his timidness, vacillated on leaving the Noslaw Woods for quite some time, though he was inspired by Liu's example.
He would eventually take the plunge and leave the Woodland Village, eventually ending up in Rarohenga, where he would be attacked by a monster while trying to save Rufa. He would be rescued by Liu and the hero and refused the opportunity to return home, choosing instead to join the Company.
Following the war, Kow-Low would aid in Sotah's project of writing down the memories of the Scribe for posterity.
