Highlands (おうこくへい, Oukoku Hei, Kingdom Soldiers) are an enemy which appear in Suikoden II.
Information
There are no less than 35 different Highlands enemies you can encounter in the game. They normally appear in groups of five or six, often accompanied by a Commander.
