The Mage Forces (魔道兵団, Madō Heidan) are the armed forces of the Magedom of Janam. They play a prominent role in Suikoden Tierkreis.
Information
The Mage Forces is simply the name given to the regular army of Magedom of Janam. Their Commander-in-Chief was the 1st Empress Consort Shairah.
The army was organized around the concept of giving magic-users greater maneuverability and positioning in which to use their magic, but despite their name the bulk of the army was comprised of regular soldiers, armed with swords and spears.
