The Fire Lizard Rune (火とかげの紋章, Hi to Kage no Monshō) is a rune which appears in Suikoden II.
This rune could not be borne by an individual, and had to be attached to a weapon. An opponent struck with a weapon that has this rune would be greatly damaged by the burning flames generated from the strike. However, the backdraft would also harm the weapon wielder.
