Hina (ヒナ, Hina) is a supporting character in Suikoden Tierkreis. Hina is a young genius, independently looking into the series of disasters affecting the land over the course of the game.
Biography
Hina is the prodigious daughter of Kane Hekili, the Tribal Council Head of the Lonomakua Chiefdom. She studied at the same school as Xebec, who came to know her as a real genius.
It is perhaps this genius that meant that when Lonomakua was affected by world fusion when the 9th world fusion would wipe out a handful of islands, including Kealohilani Island, in the northern reaches of its territory, she remembered the existence of those islands, her memories apparently unchanged.
Hina was able to research that this phenomenon had occurred elsewhere and wrote a letter to the Company for more information. From there, she would learn about the world fusions and the crisis regarding the One King and would travel to the castle in order to join the Company.
Although bright and mature, Hina also worried about her child-like appearance and for that reason distanced herself from Manaril, wishing not to be conflated with a younger child.
Following the war, she entered the ministry office and assisted her father, using her political skills in diplomacy with the mainland. It was also called the shadow of the shadow, becoming known as the shadow of the Tribal Chief.
