Milan Fiori (ミラン・フィオーリ, Miran Fiōri) is a character who appears in Gensosuikoden Short Story Collection 4. Milan is a former Scarlet Moon noble aiming to find redemption for his deeds under the Imperial regime.

Biography

Milan Fiori was part of a prominent Scarlet Moon aristocratic family and served the Imperial Army during their wars with the City-State of Jowston, including leading the razing of L'Alsace Village in South Window Principality. Following the Gate Rune War, the Fiori family lost its status and Milan and his wife, Rose travelled to the Dunan region to make amends for the suffering he caused during the many battles between the Imperial Army and Jowston.

While staying at an inn in Radat Town, Milan was attacked and almost killed by an assailant. Richmond invested the crime and discovered that Ril, a maid who had survived the L'Alsace massacre had made the attempt on Milan's life after she recognised his sword from the incident. Milan eventually recovered from his wounds and he and Rose continued their journey.

Trivia

  • "Fiori" is the Italian word for "Flowers".
  • Milan's sword, which Ril uses to place him at L'Alsace, is called the Seven Treasure Rising Dragon.
  • As Gensosuikoden Short Story Collection 4 came out after the release of the Suikoden Encyclopedia, Milan is not mentioned in any reference books unlike characters from earlier short story anthologies.
