Vandam (バンダム, Bandamu) is a minor character in Genso Suikogaiden Volume 2. He was the commander of the garrison at Caleria.
Biography
Genso Suikogaiden Volume 2
Vandam was the commander of Caleria, which lies on the border with the Grassland. When Nash Rathke was imprisoned on false charges, Vandam was on a mission at a different stronghold, precluding his involvement. In comparison to Barge, who replaced him while he was away, Vandam was both talented and popular.
