Basil (バジル, Bajiru) is a minor character referenced in Suikoden publications.

Basil was the famed artist who designed and built the Golden Goddess statue in Gregminster at the behest of Barbarosa Rugner following the War of Succession. The statue was designed by Basil to bear the likeness of Barbarosa's late wife, Claudia.
