The Armadilloid (あるまじろん, Arumajiron) is an enemy which appears in Suikoden II.

Information

Armadilloids appeared on the Muse-Highland Border early in the Dunan Unification War. Although their name is the same as the Armadillon, it is clear that they are different creatures. It appears to have a shell trapped on in order to mimic the Armadillon but details are uncertain.

It has less defense when compared to the Armadillon but its ability to evade attacks makes up for this deficiency. Since it's a troublesome monster, you must try and not focus on its cute appearance.

Trivia

  • In the Japanese Suikoden II, Armadilloids and Armadillon share the same name. The Armadilloid is spelt out in Hiragana rather than Katakana like the Armadillon.
