'''Billy''' (ビリー, ''Birī'') is a supporting character in [[Suikoden III]]. He is a self-described treasure hunter whose talents seem to lie more in burglary and gambling.

==History==

He once met [[Alex]] in the [[Dunan Republic]] and was so impressed with his stories that he too took up the mantle of treasure hunter. He once had a home in [[Zexen Federation|Zexen]] but after losing his home due to large gambling debts owed to [[Shilo]], his wife left him.

At a loss, and raising his son alone, he was able to rent a cheap room from [[Elliot]]'s mother. He continued his treasure hunting dreams since then but was briefly reunited with Melville during the [[War of the Champions]] when he agreed to join the [[Fire Bringer]] after being caught attempting to steal antiques from [[Budehuc Castle]]. He is also the father of [[Kathy]], who he fathered during his travels, but Billy is blissfully unaware of their connection.

Following the war, he was dragged back to [[Vinay del Zexay]] by Melville.
