The War Scroll is a quest item needed to recruit [[Hugo (Suikoden)|Hugo]] at [[Qlon Temple]].

==Information==
[[Hugo (Suikoden)|Hugo]], who worked as an librarian and archivist at [[Qlon Temple]] in [[Lorimar]], somehow managed to lose the War Scroll, much to his embarrassment. The item was eventually found inside the [[Cave of the Past]] and returned to Hugo. A grateful Hugo decided to join the [[Toran Liberation Army]] in return.

The scroll depicted events from wars and conflicts throughout the world.
