Scalehorde (スケイルホード, Sukeiruhōdo) are a race in the Suikoden series. They only appear in Gensosuikoden Tsumugareshi Hyakunen no Toki.
Overview
Scalehorde are a demi-human race that are noted for being especially susceptible to extreme cold. They are also an artificial race, created when the world was nearly destroyed by the attack of the Terrus Firma. Designed for battle, they are able to instinctively notice signs of the Terrus Firma.
As the scales of the Scalehorde are generally tougher than that of average armour, most Scalehorde do not need to wear any armour at all.
