Lo Wen is a member of the [[Lampdragon Bandits]]. Although she dressed and often acted like a bandit, overall, she was the most well-mannered and put together of the trio. As a warrior, she wielded a heavy ball on a chain, which she flung at the enemy with great force.

She was apparently not taken to be a bride, but as a "snack" for Neclord himself, something with affronted her. After being rescued, she, along with Gijimu and Koyu, joined the [[New State Army]].
