Ramada was a spy who worked for Cray Trading Company, as leader of the umbrella company Orark Maritime Trade. The ninja Akaghi and Mizuki served as his subordinates. In the past, Ramada had prevented the two from being sold as slaves, and the two had pledged their loyalty to him ever since.

Following this success, he would hire a fleet of pirates to attack Razril in order to test the Rune of Punishment. Ramada was then ordered, along with his subordinates, Akaghi and Mizuki, to recover the Rune of Punishment from its current bearer.

Despite being blown off course to Razril and attacked by the pirate Brandeau, this task was successful and the shells would later be used to attack Iluya Island.

He would hire the assassin Maxine to complete this objective but would also take a direct hand in matters, ambushing the rune bearer in the Kingdom of Obel. After failing in his attempt to assassinate the rune bearer, he would surrender immediately, knowing that Cray would have him and his companions killed for his failure. Requesting to join the crew of the Headquarters Ship, he was accepted only on the condition that his companion's lives were contingent on his behaviour.

He would also ask the ship's leader to take care of Akaghi and Mizuki, both of whom he felt a certain responsibility for. Towards the end of the war, Ramada would manage to infiltrate El-Eal Fortress where he would discover that the Governor had been imprisoned by Graham Cray. He would be discovered, and hit with a poison dart from Cray.

After failing in his attempt to assassinate the rune bearer, he would surrender immediately, knowing that Cray would have him and his companions killed for his failure.

However, Ramada managed to survive the ordeal and would escape when the Headquarters Ship attacked El-Eal Fortress. After the war, following his recovery, he would go on to establish a prosperous trading company in the Kingdom of Obel.
Learning of the true nature of the Rune of Punishment, and how if he had been successful, the rune would have moved to one of them in turn, would completely remove any notion of loyalty to Ramada's former employer. Requesting to join the crew of the Headquarters Ship, he was accepted on the condition that his companion's lives were contingent on his behaviour.

He would maintain his loyalty throughout the war, engaging in espionage actions on behalf of the Allied Forces. He would be discovered by Cray and, after failing to convince Cray he was working as a double agent for his benefit, was shot with one of Cray's poison darts and left for dead.

Ramada was able to deliver the information he had obtained via his carrier bird. This intel, including details of El-Eal's giant Rune Cannon, would prove vital for the Allied Forces heading into their final battle. During the Allied incursion of El-Eal, it would be revealed that Ramada managed to survive his initial wounds when he dramatically took another poison dart for Elenor Silverberg as Graham Cray attempted to attack her.

Following Cray's retreat, Ramada was taken quickly back to the Headquarters Ship where he would recouperate. After the war, following his recovery, he would go on to establish a prosperous trading company in the Kingdom of Obel.
