A deeply mysterious woman who appeared in the castle basement alongside the Stone Tablet of Promise. Zenoa appeared to have had experience fighting the One King, and also seemed to hold a wealth of knowledge about Chronicles and Starbearers but discouraged questions and rarely volunteered information.
She operated in exactly the same manner in the past, in another world, where she mysterious appeared alongside the Stone Tablet of Promise at the headquarters of the Star Corps. It is possible that her current body is not her true form. When confronting the One King in that world, she suggested "we have met before... though I was in not in this form at the time".
Zenoa had held high hopes for the Commander but was ultimately let down as the Starbearers dropped to the One King in their final battle. Her final evaluation of him was that he was simply "too tied down to his past".
When she arrived at the top of the Order Pillar, she was not particularly moved by the casualties already suffered by the Star Corps. She confronted and attacked the One King, though she knew it was fruitless. When she was defeated, she simply dissolved into light, leaving no corpse. She would later reappear at Company Headquarters.

Zenoa was frequently sarcastic and coarse and even managed to bring the inquisitive Anya to tears with her acerbic tongue. Although frequently dismissive of the hero, she also sometimes dispensed key information and advice, such as hinting he should bring the Chronicle of Noble Steel when he was negotiating with the Auster Folk.
