Tov was a talented shipwright who was commissioned in secret by [[Lino En Kuldes]] to construct the [[Headquarters Ship]] in the [[Kingdom of Obel]]. That said, even Tov's considerable talents and knowledge failed to explain the presence of the strange room where [[Mao]] and [[Nao]] would take residence, much to his consternation.
