Lo Wen is a member of the [[Lampdragon Bandits]]. Although she dressed and often acted like a bandit, overall she was the most well-mannered and put together of the trio.

She once lived in [[Two River City]], but after it was discovered that she was embezzling money from one of the members of Two River's three Houses of Parliament, she had to leave town in a hurry. She would then meet [[Gijimu]] and [[Koyu]] and became part of their group.

During the [[Dunan Unification War]], Lo Wen was taken captive by [[Neclord]]'s forces as they invaded [[Tinto Principality]]. She was apparently not taken to be a bride, but as a "snack" for Neclord himself, something with affronted her. After being rescued, she, along with Gijimu and Koyu, joined the [[New State Army]].  

Following the war, Lo Wen returned to Two River, where she lived happily, opening a restaurant and thus fulfilling a dream. When she heard that her sworn brother Gijimu was fighting bandits in the [[Grassland]], Lo Wen quickly decided to aid him, fighting against the fake [[Fire Bringer]] in [[Milit Village]].
