This led to him refusing to speak when he spotted at [[Toran Castle]], even with other officers arguing what to do with the intruder, until McDohl himself arrived.

Thanks to Taggart, the Liberation Army could mount a rescue effort, freeing Warren and [[Viktor]] from [[Moravia]]. When Warren joined the Toran Liberation Army, Taggart followed his master. Taggart served in the Liberation Army for the duration of the war he continued to serve Warren as a trusted assistant.
