Lebrante is a [[Zexen Federation|Zexen]] appraiser with absolute confidence in his talents who opened an appraisal store in [[Radat Town]]. His goal was to collect 100 [[Celadon Vase|Celadon Vases]] and he gladly joined the [[New State Army]] in exchange for the last vase needed to complete his collection.
