Alenia was a skilled swordswoman who served in the [[Queen's Knights]]. Her father had also served in the elite group before being killed in the [[New Armes Kingdom|New Armes]] invasion of 441. That said, she did not join the organisation to follow her father's wishes or to follow in his footsteps. Instead, she saw his father's death as a sign of his weakness, inviting her disdain.

She was also a stringent follower of the beliefs of the [[~~House of~~ Godwin]], believing their focus on military power was best for [[Queendom of Falena|Falena]]. As such, she was complicit in the Godwin coup on the [[Sun Palace]] in 449, remaining a member of the Queen's Knights under the Godwin puppet regime.
