Inoue Kazuhiko (Japanese: 井上 和彦), born on March 26, 1954 in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan[1], is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the talent agency B-Box.[1][2] A defining voice actor in the industry, he voices Orhan in Suikoden STAR LEAP.
Biography
Inoue debuted in the voice acting industry in 1973, with one of his earliest roles being a soldier in Mazinger Z.[3] His breakout role arrived in 1979 as the lead character Joe Shimamura/009 in Cyborg 009.[3]
Over the decades, Inoue has built a versatile career, known for roles such as Anthony Brown in Candy Candy, Jerid Messa in Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam, Kakashi Hatake in Naruto, Kars in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, Hatori Sohma in Fruits Basket, Nyanko-sensei/Madara in Natsume Yūjin-chō, Gildarts Clive in Fairy Tail, and Yoriichi Tsugikuni in Demon Slayer.[1][4]
In 2009, he was awarded the Best Supporting Actor Award at the 3rd Seiyū Awards for his portrayal of Nyanko-sensei in Natsume Yūjin-chō.[5]
