'''Turtle Plans''' (亀設計図, ''Kame Sekkeizu'') are a collectable item in [[Suikoden II]]. They can be found across the land and given over to the player's sculptor, eventually allowing them to construct the [[Guardian Deity statue]].

==Information==
These blueprints were needed to create a turtle [[Guardian Deity statue]]. Like the other plans, it is divided into four parts: the head, body, legs, and tail.

==Locations==
There are a total of four Turtle Plans scattered around the [[Dunan (region)|Dunan]] region. If the player hands them over to [[Jude]] at [[New Alliance Army Headquarters]], they will be able to use those plans in constructing the [[Guardian Deity statue]].
