I guess the info on Stallion giving out a rune comes from this famitsu interview: https://www.famitsu.com/article/202503/34239

But it mentions 神行法の紋章, which is actually the [[Speed Rune]]. Also, and this might be just inaccessible  to me due to bad translators, but whom did Stallion give the rune to?
