Two River City (トウーリバー市, Toūribā Shi) is a location in Suikoden II. It is the largest city in the City-State of Jowston with a population of 17,000.
Information
Two River City is a major city, built on the banks of the Lana River. The city is comprised of three distinct races, humans, kobolds and wingers, each of whom make up a third of Two River's three houses of parliament.
Six months after the destruction of North Window, Two River City would receive what appeared to be a sealed declaration of war from South Window City, believing Neclord to have taken Two River, pushing the two city-states to the brink of violence. However, it would be revealed that the seal would be a forgery, commissioned by Kou Long and his compatriots to spark a war and make a profit in the arms trade. The plot uncovered, tensions would quickly resolve.
In the past, the Winged Horde contingent were discriminated against due to their recent arrival in the city but following the actions of wingers such as Chaco and Sid in the Dunan Unification War, they seem to be receiving their due recognition.
