Teien (テイエン, Teien) is a town which appears in Suikoden. Known as Lac Virginite (ラック・ビイルジニテ, Rakku Biirujinite) for a short period of time, Teien is a medium sized town in the region of Kunan.

Information

Teien is a port town which lies on the western banks of Lake Toran in eastern Kunan, making it a natural connection for people crossing the lake from Kaku.

During the Gate Rune War, Teien was renamed "Lac Virginite" (Lake of the Maiden) as per General Milich Oppenheimer's orders.

However, the new name proved both unpopular and difficult to remember. When the Toran Liberation Army freed Lac Virginite, the name was changed back to Teien.
