Nalleo (ナレオ, Nareo) is a supporting character in Suikoden IV and Suikoden Tactics. Nalleo is an apprentice pirate who grows into a skilled young warrior under the tutelage of his father, Dario.

History

My dream is to become a great pirate, just like my father! —  Nalleo

Nalleo was a young boy training under his father, Dario, to become a pirate. He respected Dario greatly and dreamed of becoming a great pirate in his image. In truth, Dario is Nalleo's adopted father. His birth mother was Louise who gave him up for reasons unknown. Nalleo is unaware of this and often dreamed about finding his mother someday, if she was still alive.

When Dario joined the crew of the Headquarters Ship, Nalleo followed along, supporting his father and keeping him from getting into too much trouble. Although he could fight in naval battles due to his sailing experience, he was still only a trainee when it came to weapons and magic, meaning he could not help out in pitched battles, much to his frustration.

Following the Island Liberation War, Nalleo continued to train hard, growing into a great pirate, recorded in legends.
