Bazarte Lugam (バザルト・ルガム, Bazaruto Rugamu) is a minor antagonist in Genso Suikoden Tsumugareshi Hyakunen no Toki. He serves as the Prime Minister of the Holy Empire of Ionia in HIY 100.
History

Bazarte Lugam was the serving prime minister under Holy Emperor Renefarious IV in the year 100. Loyal to Renefarious, he oversaw the introduction of Ionian Teras Pharma to the outside world in order to shore up their numbers once use of the Era Trees began to deplete the monster's numbers.
He attempted to oversee one such release at West Mt. Hioni on the western edge of the barrier but he and his Grubs were thwarted by Astrid and her entourage. He was one of three people who could pierce the barrier at the time, along with Astrid and Renefarious himself.
Domitia's malicite research was conducted under his purview. He was of the same family as future Ionian Prime Minister Lugat Lugam, but is not his direct ancestor.
